6/30/01 The latest info on Bonnie is below - COMPLETE BLOODLINES for her sire! Thank you to the owner of Twice Bold! Now, on to the dam, this is a difficult one as I am not getting a response from the dam's owner. Anyone who can help, please do! NEW PICTURE!

Bonnie and Hearty(Double Impact) summer of 2001 at our farm in Quilcene, Washington! She is fillng out nicely!

6/21/01 Bonnie is now close to 15 hh, she has filled out nicely and is becoming quite friendly. We have found out more information about her sire. Also have confirmed the fact that her dam is Trakehner. So we are on our way to having her registered as an American Warmblood. Still trying to confirm her DOB. Mare was bred between 7/23-7/26 1997 to Twice Bold. The breeding papers were sent in. If anyone knows anything more, especially about the mare, please contact me.

Bonnie is a 1/2 Thoroughbred - 1/2 Trakehner and will mature close to 17 hh! Both Trakehners and TBs mature slowly, so Bonnie won't reach her mature height until about he age of 7.

Everette works Bonnie using long lines. I am thrilled to see the
natural extension in her front leg as she trots around the training pen. Bonnie is three years old, this training session was her first - she accepted the saddle, bridle and I mounted her! I am so pleased with her progress. To find out more about using long lines, please read this new article by me, Pam Hunter :-)

This picture was taken by my daughter, Margaret, age 9, on September 16th, 2000.

We acquired Bonnie in a trade for our yearling colt, Taurean Bei Sox. Our good friend, Debbie Dean of Sooner Pony Club was the owner. She has only had Bonnie a couple of weeks.
