Bud (Vital Idol) is a 1988, registered Appendix Quarter Horse gelding. He
is red dun with Tiger Stripes on his legs, across his withers, on his ears
and eyes, and a dorsal stripe. He goes western and english, jumps and has
been used for roping and as a crowd control horse after the Oklahoma City
Bombing.

June 30, 2001 in Yacolt, WA. Notice the stripes on his front leg, he
also has them on the rear legs, on his ears, eyes, and across his shoulders.
He has a dorsal stripe, too.

Sometimes even the best of friends disagree!

Bud is a friendly guy, willing to please. Behind him is Hearty, our POA gelding.
They are buddies and hang out together all the time. Bud is the boss, though.
You can see the stripe on his eye quite well in this picture.
